At the request of our client, we worked out a cabinet with a built-in gas fire using a preliminary design by an architect. A solid sliding door slides behind the floating cupboard. The separation to the kitchen was also given a large custom-made sliding door. The whole was finished with veneer oak that was coloured black. In the stairwell we built a pickled cupboard with sloping doors. All antique doors were flattened on the CNC and then provided with a veneer oak finishing coat.
Blower balloon
BSA asked us to develop a bladder pump that can easily inflate balloons without electricity. Through a composition of plastic tubes mounted on a base we got this done. Inside there are several rubber valves that regulate the airflow.
Stand Medalounger Brussel Heizel
For Medalounger we were again allowed to place the stand at the International Furniture Fair in Brussels this year, and the construction was started on behalf of A & B Project. It’s an evolution from the previous booth, which now went completely black. Because of the modular character, the stand could be adapted to the new dimensions and look.
Exhibition decoration JAVA Antwerp Expo Sustainability
For JAVA we were also allowed to fill in the decor part this year. We build the structural and large decors that will be decorated later. Like every year a thematic fair where this time ” Sustainability ” was the main theme. After we placed the structural decor elements, this was further finished by florists and decorators.
Stand Forbo Architect@Work Kortrijk Expo
Commissioned by A & B Project, we built a small stand for Forbo. This stand should be incorporated in a triangle structure provided by the organization. Lighting panels with glued linoleum pattern. At the top hangs a heavy roll of linoleum, on which stickers were applied. This stand was dismantled after the fair and returned to the Forbo Belgium offices in Brussels.
Stand Cosentino Architect@Work Kortrijk Expo
Commissioned by A & B Project we built a small stand for Cosentino. This stand should be incorporated in a triangle structure provided by the organization. Creation of panels with integrated LED screen. Panels were fixed with supplied mounting profiles.
Stand Betafence Batibouw 2019
Commissioned by A & B Project, we built a full scale stand for Betafence. De volledige torenkap zweeft over de stand. Around a truss structure a wooden mantle was placed with a ceiling cloth underneath. Different atmospheres were created by different substrates such as concrete, carpet and bamboo. Garden section on bamboo and grass, a sliding gate on a concrete driveway.
Stand Cosentino Batibouw 2019
Commissioned by A & B Project, we built a full size stand for Cosentino. Because of the weight of the product a heavy structure had to be provided. Around a truss structure a complete wood construction was built. Finished with ceiling cloths, this became a pleasant place. The meticulous finishing resulted in an open and attractive exhibition stand where the products came into their own. Heavy composite slabs hung against the walls, in long open recesses the smaller samples came into their own.
Unilever Horecatel WEX booth
Commissioned by A & B Project, we built a modular counter and presentation stand for Unilever. This was built within the concept of the existing stand. The elements can be adapted depending on the set-up in order to always give an appropriate interpretation. After placement, the toogelement was wrapped with sticker with subway tile motif.
